Joanna Jędrzejczyk è una lottatrice di arti marziali miste e thaiboxer polacca.
Combatte nella divisione dei pesi paglia per l'organizzazione statunitense UFC, nella quale è stata campionessa di categoria dal 2015 al 2017. In passato ha militato anche nella promozione britannica Cage Warriors.
Oltre ad essere soltanto la terza persona proveniente dall'Europa a vincere una cintura nella UFC , Joanna è una pluridecorata thaiboxer a livello dilettantistico, essendo stata per quattro volte campionessa europea e per cinque volte campionessa del mondo IFMA, nonché campionessa anche nei circuiti pro WMC, J-Girls, WKF, WKN e WBKF.
È stata premiata Strawweight of the Year ai Women's Mixed Martial Arts Awards nel 2014 ed è universalmente considerata dalla critica di settore la lottatrice più forte del mondo pound for pound; nella classifica pound for pound mista della UFC è all'ottava posizione.
