Teal Swan: Frasi in inglese

“You do not need to resist, control or restrict the creations of others due to the fear that they will negatively affect you. There is more than enough room in this universe for any and all creations that could possibly be thought up. This is why for every unwanted thing, there is (or will eventually be) an antidote.”

“Resistance comes in the form of any thought, belief, word, desire or action that pulls AGAINST the thing you want. Select what you want and then watch every thought you think and with each one, decide whether that thought pulls towards or against the thing you want. If it pulls in the direction of what you want, it will feel like relief internally. If it pulls against what you want, it will feel like tension or pressure internally.”

“Regardless of what you may think about yourself or what you have been told about yourself or what you may have been taught to believe about yourself… THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. THERE NEVER WAS.”

“It's not the uncomfortable feelings themselves that hurt, it's our resistance to the uncomfortable feelings that causes us pain.”

“Every crime that was ever committed happened due to the person perceiving themselves as being both separate and disconnected from the person they committed that crime against. And so it can be said, that the perception of separateness is not only the greatest pain we experience in this life, it's also the single most dangerous thing on the planet.”

“So often, the family that is intent on trying to “rescue” one of its members from something doesn't see how it is the family itself that has created and re-enforced the susceptibility and vulnerability to the very thing that they are intent on rescuing that member from.”

“The multi-dimensional aspects of water are amazing. Water contains within itself the knowing or the memory of anything it comes into contact with. This means it carries the knowing and the memory of a place and the happenings there, going back sometimes thousands of years. It is full of information… Sort of like a mirror that keeps the reflection of anything it has ever encountered.”

“By drinking water, you are essentially informing yourself. Even if you are not yet at the point to be able to be consciously aware of what information you are absorbing, that information the water contains is being transferred to your being.”

“Incompatibility in a relationship is not about being different. Many differences are workable and can be easily accommodated in a relationship. In fact, many differences make people in a relationship even more compatible. Incompatibility is the condition of two things being different in a way that is specifically uncomplimentary to the degree that the specific difference makes them incapable of coexisting harmoniously.”

“Most people just don’t want to accept the reality of incompatibility. But refusing to accept incompatibility will lead you straight down the road to relationship hell.”

“The happiest relationships are relationships where people are compatible in terms of the type of support they need and the type of support the other person intrinsically loves to give.”

“Whether you deserve something was never in question. You deserve it all. That is given in your very existence. The universe wants you to succeed and wants you to experience abundance, freedom and joy. It is simply not the kind of universe that treats you as if you are incapable of creating those things yourself. And this means that it loves you more than you want it to sometimes!”

“The only way to cope with other people's disconnection (because it is so painful) is to become disconnected yourself. But then you become part of the problem. You make the world more dangerous and less conducive to the wellbeing of all life on earth.”
