Itamar Augusto Cautiero Franco è stato un politico brasiliano.
È stato Presidente del Brasile dal 2 ottobre 1992 al 1º gennaio 1995. Vicepresidente della Repubblica con Fernando Collor de Mello dal 15 marzo 1990, gli succedette dopo che questi fu deposto dal Congresso Nazionale con l'accusa di corruzione . Proseguì nella politica economica di austerità e privatizzazioni di Collor, e nel 1993 sottopose la Costituzione del 1988 al referendum popolare progettato dal presidente José Sarney.
