Nel mondo intero e in tutte le epoche sono esistiti uomini di mentalità pratica, occupati nell'osservazione di tali fatti; nel mondo intero e in tutte le epoche vi sono stati uomini di temperamento filosofico intenti a tessere la trama dei princìpi generali.
